Our second generator automatic electric water dispenser BW4000 series single tube bottled water dispensing pump system with a novel design by AC adapter, it can be more portable installation. The 40 psi constant pressure provides the bottled water pump with high flow 3.8LPm; the dispensing system pump could be working by wide voltage, with 1 pipe and a 100V-240v AC adapter.

1. Separated Design, Suitable for 5 Gallon Bottle Water

The BW4000 series is the second generation of water dispesnging system single inlet, which is applicable for 5 gallon water bottles, working as ideal fresh water dispenser pumps for refrigerators, ice makers, espresso machines, and countertop faucets (this item does not include a faucet).

The automatic design dispensing system provides 2.8 bar (40 PSI) strong suction and 1 GPM (3.78LPM) high flow.

Dry pumping protection: Automatic shutoff when water drains, restart when bottle refilled. Meeting your drinking water need anytime.

This dispensing system is highly versatile, compatible with bottled water, and can serve as a source of clean water for faucets, refrigerators, ice makers, and coffee machines, enhancing the quality of life by providing clean and safe drinking water.

4. Switch Protection:

Equipped with dual safety protection of a buoyancy switch and a water pressure switch, the buoyancy switch automatically detects water levels and stops operation when the bottled water is empty; the water pressure switch sensor can realize the automatic water supply by opening the faucet, without repeatedly turning on the machine, effectively ensuring safe usage.

Application & Installation:

The BW4000 pump with quick disconnect ports allows for easy wand replacement in seconds. It can be widely suitable for American refrigerators or other refrigerators with ice making function

 

The BW4000 also suitable for the coffee cart/machine, coffee dispenser/beverage system/, and drinking water supply. It can be easily installed under the working table with the automatic floating sensor to detect the water in the bucket in real time. Control the water supply by faucet or switch of beverage machine.

Quiet Design: This water dispensing pump  has 4 shock-absorbing pads, effectively reducing noise during operation, creating a quiet and comfortable environment, allowing you to have a more peaceful drinking water experience.

Notice:

1. Please fill water in the pump manually after a long time of disuse to restart the pump. Please check when the pump is not working.

2. If you've received a new pump with water in it, it's normally because of a pumping test instead of a stain of use. As we tested every product before sales.

Q5: How often does the pump need maintenance?

A5: Usually it does not need maintenance, but if the device is not used for a long time, please check if there is any air in the suction pipe; use a blow gun to clean the remaining water/air inside the products.
